A 54-Year-Old Motorcyclist Crashed Into A Parked Car And Died

On Thursday night (29), at around 9:30 pm, Siate emergency responders and a SAMU medical support team were called to respond to an incident on Avenida Por do Sol, located in the Conjunto Libra neighborhood, in Foz do Iguaçu. The call involved a traffic accident, where the victim was unconscious.


Upon arriving at the scene, the emergency responders realized the seriousness of the situation. The motorcyclist, identified as Vanderley Portela Marciel, 54 years old, was already dead. The area was immediately isolated by military police officers to carry out the necessary procedures.


According to images captured by nearby security cameras, it is possible that Vanderley suffered a sudden illness while riding the motorcycle. The images show that he was driving alone on the road when he lost control of the motorcycle, colliding with a parked Astra vehicle. The impact was fatal, and the motorcyclist fell, practically dead.


After the examination, Vanderley's body was sent to the Forensic Medical Institute (IML) for an autopsy. The body will be released to the family after the procedures, allowing the funeral rites to be performed. The motorcycle, in turn, was handed over to the family members who were present at the scene.
