Tanker Crushed American Lady. Mexico

A 73-year-old woman, Carol originally of Savannah, Georgia, was killed after being run over by a water tanker truck whilst crossing a street. For over two decades, she had regularly holidayed in Oaxaca.

Although some paramedics arrived at the scene to stabilize Carol, the ambulance was delayed, and Carol was ultimately pronounced dead minutes later.

According to initial reports, the driver of the truck, Jonathan failed to notice Carol as he was turning a corner. He faces charges for negligent homicide
