This morning around 8:00 AM, the driver of a pick-up truck, belonging to a telecommunications company, lost control while traveling at high speed along the road. It mounted the sidewalk and violently struck a 45-year-old pedestrian, (a dentist talking on his phone) and smashed directly into the entrance gate of a condominium complex.
The dentist died at the scene due to the severity of his injuries. An adult driver and a minor inside the vehicle were injured and transported to a hospital.
