Taxi Driver And Passenger Killed When The Car Went Off The Road
Two people died this morning of Sunday March 19 in Cartagena, Colombia, after the taxi in which they were traveling fell down a pipe.
The brutal event claimed the life of the driver José Escorcia Guerrero and a woman who was a passenger - when they took the Mamonal-Gambote variant - in the Las Olas sector.
It was said that, at that point, a few from the La Heroica tollbooth, the taxi-type vehicle ended up losing the direction of its route and that led it to the waters of Caño del Ajo, in Mamonal.
The car was traveling with three passengers, two of whom managed to get out of it alive, but the two deceased were imprisoned.
The other fatal victim of the event was identified as Rosa García. The survivors are now recovering in a clinic in the city of Cartagena .
It should be noted that, for now, the circumstances in which this fatal event occurred are not clear, but they are already being investigated by the authorities
