A video released on social media on Sunday morning (22) shows members of a criminal organization displaying the head of a man identified only as ‘Argentino’.
In the images, the criminals threaten and mock the victim, accusing him of involvement in the deaths of innocent people. In a threatening tone, they reinforce the dominance of the Comando Vermelho (CV) in the region and make it clear that anyone who “stands up to them” will suffer the same fate.
“What’s up, you dirty Argentine? CV is the one in charge in Amazonas, dammit. If you stand up to CV, fuck you, bitch. You’re going to lose your tongue. Killer of innocent people. Where are you now, Argentine? Take a little longer, ‘we’ll get you’. Manaus troops like that, like that. Look at that Argentine, he’s screwed,” say the criminals in the video released on social media.
Earlier, a charred human torso was found on Monte Sião Street, next to the Professora Sônia Maria da Silva Barbosa Municipal School, in the Jorge Teixeira neighborhood, east of the capital. The victim's head and other body parts were not found at the scene.
