Three men were murdered, and their bodies dismembered, early this Monday in Tijuana; the remains were found on a vehicle bridge that connects with the Rosas Magallón Bypass.
The three bodies were located around 03:00 hours, being transferred to the Forensic Medical Service. A cardboard with messages and threats was found in the same place
