Sidney Police Capt. JA Tangeman said in a release officers were call to the Sidney Foodtown about 8:01 a.m. on a report of an active shooter. Jordan refused officers' commands to keep his hands up and get on the floor. Instead, he pulled a handgun from his side and reportedly raised it toward the officers. All four officers fired at Jordan. Jordan was taken to Wilson Health, where he was pronounced dead. No one else was reportedly injured
