18 Year Old Woman Strangled in Bushes. Body Discovery

S. America. Her assailant followed her in the park, since he wanted to have sex with her. When she entered a more secluded area of park, he grabbed and her in choke hold from behind and dragged her into the bushes. Once there he kept her in choke hold so get her unconscious. After which he planned to have his way with her. But overdid it and ended up strangling her to death. After that he had groped and fondled her dead body all over for about 5-10 minutes and then just left her there in the bushes. The recording shows the discovery of her dead body about 2 hours after death. He was caught very shortly after that, with the help from the security cameras and was charged with murder.
