Security Guard Kills A Man In Pedro Juan Caballero After Argument

A security guard who provides services to the company Estrell, in Pedro Juan Caballero, had an argument with a man Identified as Fabian Fernando Franco, and killed him with a firearm. Following the incident, the security guard turned himself into police.

The alleged murderer was identified as Rafael Robles Torres, who serves as a security guard for the UniExpress SA exchange house.

"Robles and his victim would have previously argued", said Prosecutor Katia Uemura, adding that she could not provide additional details at this time.
Robles said there was no argument, but Franco approached him and hit him.

The incident occurred at approximately 4:30 pm in front of the exchange house in the Perpetuo Socorro neighborhood of Pedro Juan Caballero
