A 42-year-old man was murdered with 11 shots in the Nossa Senhora da Abadia neighborhood, this Sunday (14), in Uberaba. The victim was the owner of a bar, located on Rua Iguatama, where the murder took place. In addition to him, a 26-year-old man was injured.
The 26-year-old victim reported that he went to buy a juice at the aforementioned bar, last night, when he entered the scene and noticed that a dark-colored motorcycle, driven by two men, one of them tall and strong, wearing black pants. and white sweatshirt with green sleeves and carrying a firearm.
Believing it to be a robbery, the 26-year-old put his hands in the air when one of the suspects fired a shot at the young man's arm. The suspect then entered the establishment and fired several shots at the owner of the bar, even climbing on the counter to shoot the man. The victim fell to the ground, bleeding heavily.
The Military Police (PM) was called and arriving at the place, which had a large conurbation, the military confirmed the death of the owner of the bar. A team of rescuers from SAMU was at the scene confirming the death and, after drawing up the respective document, it was delivered to the criminal expert who attended the scene.
According to the police report, through the site's image monitoring system, it was possible to see when the white Titan 160 motorcycle, with black accessories and red front fender, occupied by two individuals, approached the site. However, the motorcycle's license plate was covered and it was not possible to identify it. It was also possible to see the moment narrated by the surviving victim, in which the passenger got off the motorcycle with two pistols and fired shots at the fatal victim, who was behind the counter.
It was also possible to visualize the moment when the individuals arrived at the place through São Matheus Street and, after committing the crime, escaped through Montes Claros Street, taking an unknown route.
After carrying out the usual work by the expert on duty, it was informed that the 42-year-old victim was shot at least eleven 11 times in the back. At the site, seventeen 9 mm caliber capsules and twelve bullets were collected. The victim's body was taken to the IML by the hearse. The 26-year-old victim was immediately rescued by the GEPAR team and sent to the Hospital das Clínicas, where he remains hospitalized and is initially not at risk of death.
The commercial establishment in which the murder victim was the owner was under the care of her sister, and a team from the Civil Police (PC) would go to the site this Monday morning (15), to collect the DVR device, which contains the images of the facts to assist in the investigations and elucidation of the facts. At the time of the murder, both suspects had their faces covered, as they wore helmets with dark visors, making it difficult to get more features. According to the PM, apparently, nothing was taken from the place, having been committed homicide and bodily harm.
According to the police report, none of the victim's relatives could say what could have motivated this crime and there is no suspicion of who might have committed it. The tracking of suspects still follows
