Brazil. A. M. N, director of the city's Department of Bridges and Drainage, was shot dead last Sunday night.
He was shot in front of his home gate, around 7:30 pm. A security camera recorded the moment the director was hit by the shots.
Police said that, on Monday morning, they heard witnesses in the case, including a person who was with the victim at the time of the crime.
The investigation determines whether what happened was a homicide or a robbery (robbery followed by death).
Camera footage shows the moment he arrived home when another vehicle pulled up in front of him. A man got out of the vehicle and went to the victim.
The suspect even opened the back door of the victim's car. Then he reacted to the suspect's action and was shot. The shooter fled.
