A 30 year old man was callously shot in the head while he was drinking liquor with his friends. The murderer shot him without saying a word and then fled on a motorcycle to an unknown destination.
The victim had a judicial record for illegal possession of firearms, drug trafficking, false trademarks, driving a vehicle with false license plates, theft and personal injuries.
The murder is believed to be due to a settling of accounts between armed gangs
