An unidentified man's body was found with signs of torture and a gunshot wound to the head, the man's hands and feet were tied with an electric cable. And a note was found next to it
The note read,
I died because I was an informant for the fat Cassio PCC
raising suspicions that he was of the Comando Vermelho (CV) and betrayed his faction members
