Fort Independence Street & Bailey Place, the NYPD 50 precinct is investigating after a person was fatally shot last week Wednesday, May 17th, around 6:30 am. The person who also appears to be holding a gun was shot to the chest. He was transported to Montefiore hospital and was pronounced dead
