The Suspect In The Rape Of A 6-Year-Old Boy Was Beaten To Death With Sticks And Stones. Brazil

On Sunday morning (28/07), a man, identified only as Romualdo, is suspected of raping a 6-year-old child on Paraíso Street, located in the Nova Esperança 2 neighborhood, on the west side of Manaus. He was brutally beaten and had his face disfigured by the neighborhood.


According to preliminary information, the man had gone to the victim's home to visit his son, who lived there. During the visit, he spotted the 6-year-old child and allegedly tried to sexually abuse her.


The victim's sister reported that the suspect denied the act while she held him by the arm inside the house. He tried to escape by jumping over the wall of the house, but was caught by the neighborhood.
The residents beat him with pieces of wood and stones. The man was still in agony, sitting on a wall, but minutes later he died on the spot.


The Forensic Medical Institute (IML) was called in to remove the body, and the case is to be investigated by the police.
