In Kurgan Oblast, it was discovered that an immigrant pedophile had kidnapped two 15-year-old high school girls and sexually abused (raped) one of them. It seems that sanctions are being handed down by "sportsmen". The shooting scene (from 1 minute 25 seconds) is a spray pistol that fires droplets of hot pepper solution. After this, the man was handed over to the police.
