An unidentified man was tortured by drug traffickers and had some of his fingers cut off on Wednesday afternoon (10), in the Compensa neighborhood, west of Manaus.
According to information from witnesses, the man was stealing on a street in the neighborhood when a drug leader saw the criminal action and took the individual into a house, then cut off part of the suspect's fingers.
After the crime, the man was rescued and taken to the Joventina Dias Emergency Care Service (SPA). There is no information about his health status
