In the last few hours, a new video was released showing the moment in which Police Captain Juan José Aldunate was murdered while he was inside his vehicle in the city of Santa Cruz. The incident occurred last Wednesday in the presence of his 4-year-old daughter.
According to sources consulted, the officer prioritized the protection of his daughter during the attack. At least five bullet impacts were found on the seat where the minor was sitting, which reinforces the hypothesis that the captain tried to protect her in the middle of the shooting.
