CCTV Captures Boda Boda Rider Being Attacked In Kitale After Dropping Off Passenger

A family in Kitale has urged police to expedite investigations and arrest individuals captured on CCTV footage assaulting and killing their relative, Timothy, a boda boda rider.

Timothy was killed after dropping off a passenger in Gatua at around midnight. CCTV footage shows the final moments of his life, with the rider appearing to push his passenger before waiting for payment.

Three people on a motorcycle then approach him and attack him with blunt objects, repeatedly striking him on the head. One of the attackers, dressed in blue, appears to lead the assault.
