On March 8, a message appeared on the streets of Changsha on the Internet that the wife of an official (presumably the wife of the director of the Tobacco Bureau) was looking for a mistress because her husband was cheating on her. She didn't show up at the tobacco bureau. In anger, she drove her car to the gate of Changsha Shazitang Primary School and deliberately crashed into a primary school student.
