The night of Tuesday, June 17, was marked by violent incidents in the Nelson Mandela and Olaya Herrera neighborhoods of Cartagena, where at least three people lost their lives in attacks perpetrated by hitmen.
The first incident occurred in the Campo Bello area of the Nelson Mandela neighborhood, where two men on a motorcycle attacked a man riding an Eco Deluxe motorcycle. The victim, whose identity has not yet been confirmed, died after being shot four times in the head.
Minutes later, in the Olaya Herrera neighborhood, specifically at the entrance to the ARA warehouse in the El Tancón area, two young men were attacked by unknown assailants. One died at the scene, while the other was taken to a nearby health center, where he also allegedly died
