Passersby noticed the body on the side of the train tracks that pass through Avenida Central and right in front of the popular shopping center, so they called the police .
Elements of the Ecatepec Traffic and Security Directorate went to the scene only to confirm the report; they cordoned off the area where the body lay with yellow tape.
According to initial reports, the body was that of a man in a vulnerable situation , who was possibly run over by the train and once dead, stray dogs in the area began to devour him.
