Suicide Bomber Blows Himself Up In Bank. Kandahar, Afghanistan
In Afghanistan, a suicide bomber blew himself up at the entrance to a bank, killing eight people and injuring more than 20.
The victims of the terrorist attack were people from the Taliban movement and government employees guarding the financial institution. Authorities said ISIS was involved in the explosion.
The Taliban said that security services were able to identify the suicide bomber. He turned out to be a citizen of Uzbekistan, Asadbek Madiyarov. Judging by social networks, he studied at a university in St. Petersburg until November 2021, after which he left Russia.
