Suicide In Kazan, Russia Jumped From The 21St Floor

A man jumped from the 21st floor onto a passerby and broke his spine, 31-year-old Minur jumped out of the window and hit hard on the ledge - his arm was torn off. The footage shows that the man, who decided to commit suicide, collapsed right on the head of 54-year-old Eduard. Minur died before the ambulance arrived, and Eduard was hospitalized with numerous injuries.
