Mentally Ill Dude Escaped From The Hospital And Jumped Off A Highway Overpass. Mexico

This morning around 7 AM a man escaped from the Hospital, only wearing a bloodied sheet, and went to an overpass 200 meters away with the intent of jumping. A woman tried to intervene but to no avail as he jumped and died leaving the woman with his sheet
