(Per DoorDash’s Alcohol Delivery Guidelines, delivery drivers may be held criminally liable if they provide alcohol to a person who is underage, intoxicated or leave alcohol unattended. 


If drivers suspect someone of being intoxicated, they have the right to refuse delivery)
