Sorry if this comes off as rude, but you seem a little unfamiliar with the concept of "observing". The video features a young boy trying to get his kite that's stuck on an electricity pole. The person holding the stick is the grandson, and for a sec you can see an elderly man approach him, which I assume is the grandfather. (Don't hate on me, I'm just trying to help you better understand the concept).
