Police Killed Two Robbers On A Motorcycle

The police chase began after a team from the 18th Community Interactive Company (Cicom) was called in by a victim of a robbery. The victim had already informed that the bandits who stole her cell phone were armed, and when they approached the pair on Avenida Igarapé do Passarinho, in the Novo Israel neighborhood, the police were received with gunfire.

Faced with a violent offensive, with assailants driving at high speed and the one in the back shooting at the police, police immediately retaliated and hit the pair who fell on the motorcycle.

One assailant died on the spot and the other was taken in serious condition to the Hospital and Emergency Room Dr. Platão Araújo
