Man Caught Stealing Beaten And Shot. Mexico

A group of neighbors, tired of the robberies committed by the accused repeatedly, stopped the man, beat him and tied him up, until one of them approached and shot him on at least three occasions, leading to his death.
The events occurred on Monday night. When he was stopped he stole a plasma screen, a DVD, and a horn.
