Nosy Dude Got Shot In The Face With A Shotgun

A 33-year-old man died after being shot in the face, in the early hours of this Sunday (10), in Apucarana. The victim was at a party in a house on Rua João Batista Judai, in the Pirapó District, when he was hit.

The victim heard gunshots coming from the neighboring house and climbed onto a gas cylinder holder to try to see what was happening over the wall, at which point he was shot in the face and died at the scene.

The police entered the author's house, but he had fled. Weapons and ammunition were found at the scene.

This Police Team was called via COPOM to respond to a firearm shooting situation, moving quickly and accompanied by the teams: Rotam, Kennel and Deputy to the CPU.

At the scene, contact was made with a witness, who took the team to the interior of the residence, where another witness was performing cardiac massage on the victim, who was lying on the ground.

Members of the Rotam team tried to provide first aid, but were unsuccessful. The SAMU team arrived at the scene, where the doctor and nurses tried to provide assistance, and the death was confirmed at the scene. Contact was made continuously with COPOM and the competent bodies were contacted, and the site was isolated.

At the same time, the kennel teams and the CPU's deputy team, in possession of information from the witnesses, went to the house of the possible perpetrator, who would be next door to the residence, and with due authorization, entered the residence, with the intention to locate the author, but he had already escaped.

With the help of the police dog “k9-Buddy”, the following were located: a HATSAN BRAND PRESSURE SHOTGUN, MODIFIED FOR .22 CALIBER, WITH SCOPE, a 12-gauge SHOTGUN, in addition to 30 CAL CBC AMMUNITIONS. 380 INTACT, 14 DEFLAGRATED CBC CAL.22 AMMUNITIONS, 19 INTACT CBC CAL 12 AMMUNITIONS and 5 DEFLAGRATED CBC CAL 12 AMMUNITIONS.

Two loaded 380 caliber pistol magazines were located on top of the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms and were also seized by the team. The Police Team saw 11 deflated .380 caliber pistol cases in the corridor leading to the back of the residence, which were later collected by the Scientific Police.

Witnesses told the Police Team that they were at a get-together with friends when they heard the sound of gunshots from the neighboring house. That the victim had climbed on top of the gas holder to be able to see over the wall, at which point the perpetrator fired a shot and hit him in the face.

That, searches were also carried out for the vehicle in which the author escaped, this being a red Fiat Toro, as well as neighboring cities being called with the intention of carrying out a siege, but not located. The following were present at the scene: The Civil Police Chief, investigators, IML Agents and criminalistics experts and carried out the necessary measures at the scene. This Police Team drew up a B.O.U and sent the weapons and ammunition seized at the scene to the Civil Police Station at 17 SDP.
