The woman was approached by the police. A knife with a blade of approximately 30 centimeters was found with her. The man suffered several serious injuries to the chest and was transferred to the University Hospital of Western Paraná.
The perpetrator was arrested and taken to the Civil Police Station in Quedas do Iguaçu.
