The Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) is searching for Esther Thomas, known on social media as "Nice-B," in connection with the death of a young woman nicknamed "Baby Love."
The young woman was allegedly killed in particularly violent circumstances in an area controlled by suspected members of the 400 Mawozo gang. A video showing part of the attack has been circulating on social media for several days.
A wanted notice issued by the DCPJ targets Esther Thomas for charges including "murder," "attempted murder," and "criminal conspiracy." The prosecutor's office in Croix-des-Bouquets has also reportedly requested that law enforcement search for and apprehend the young woman.
Several versions of the circumstances surrounding the murder and the alleged role of Nice-B are circulating on social media. Some publications accuse her of having driven the victim to armed men or of having been present during the attack. However, these allegations have not been independently verified.
Other claims, particularly regarding the victim's alleged pregnancy or the precise circumstances of her death, have not been corroborated by the publicly released legal evidence.
Esther Thomas's current whereabouts also remain uncertain. Some media outlets claim she may be in the Dominican Republic, information that has not been officially confirmed
