A Cheating Husband Killed His Daughter And His Wife's Lover's Neighbor
In Foggia, southern Italy, 45-year-old T.M., originally of Albania, killed his teenage daughter, X., and a 51-year-old neighbour, M.d.S., whom T. believed his wife was having an affair with.
According to T., he had accused his wife of cheating and wished to separate, but his wife convinced him to stay. One night, T. was in bed in his apartment when he overheard his wife talking to someone on the phone. After checking her phone and finding out she was talking to M., T. waited for M. to return home from the bar, before stabbing him to death with twenty blows to the chest, abdomen, and head.
Then, T. went to his apartment to confront his wife. He stabbed the wife a few times before his daughter, X. stood in front of her mother to shield her. Apparently "blinded by rage" and not noticing this, T. repeatedly stabbed X. After this, he got out his phone and filmed the murder scene, before sending it to a compatriot.
M.'s brother denied that he was having a relationship, claiming he was busy taking care of his elderly mother.
T. and his wife also had a five-year-old son, who was found trembling behind a sofa. He is now in the care of relatives
