The Agony Of A Woman Suspected Of Repeated Theft In The Area

This Thursday (5), a video of a young woman dying in agony is circulating on social media. She was shot to death last Wednesday (4) in downtown Manaus. She appeared to be between 20 and 22 years old.


According to reports from local residents, the woman was involved in a series of robberies in homes in the area. Witnesses claim that they only heard the sound of gunshots and when they went to see the young woman, she was dying behind a house. Military police were called to respond to the incident and cordoned off the area for forensic examination.


The body was removed by the Forensic Medical Institute (IML), and the Specialized Homicide and Kidnapping Unit (DEHS) is investigating the case. There is still no information about the person who fired the shots.
