San Francisco Art Gallery Owner Arrested

 Collier Gwin, the man seen here hosing down a homeless woman outside his art gallery, has been getting threats.
The art gallery owner, seen in a now viral video, spraying water from a hose onto an unhoused woman is stopping short of apologizing and is defending his actions.
The person who took the video and homeless advocates are denouncing Gwin’s actions.
"It was cold and raining. She was screaming saying 'ok I'll move I'll move!'



Collier Gwin will be charged with misdemeanor battery for the alleged intentional and unlawful spraying of water on and around a woman experiencing homelessness
