C.W! 3 Year Old Child Died Under The Wheels Of A Truck. India

Ghaziabad. On Thursday morning, a small cargo vehicle crushed a three-year-old child playing outside his house in Shankar Vihar Colony of Lalkuan area. The child, who was seriously injured in the accident, died. After the incident, the accused driver left the vehicle and fled from the spot. On receiving the information, the police sent the child's body for post-mortem. Pintu, who lives in Shankar Vihar Colony near Lalkuan, lives with his family. He works as a hawker repairer and gas stove etc.

On Thursday morning around 11 am, Pintu's three-year-old son Aarav was playing outside the house. While playing, he came on the road from the gate of the house. Meanwhile, a small cargo vehicle came and crushed Aarav. When the people of the neighborhood reached the spot, the accused driver left the vehicle at some distance and fled from the spot. Hearing the noise, the family members took the child to a nearby private hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. ACP Wave City Lipi Nagaich said that on getting information about the incident, Wave City Police reached the spot and sent the child for postmortem and took the vehicle in its custody.

According to the family, Aarav was the youngest of three brothers. At the time of the incident, the father had gone for ferrying, while Aarav was playing outside the house. ACP Wave City says that after the postmortem in the afternoon, the child's body was handed over to the family. The family has not lodged any complaint regarding the incident.

On receiving the complaint, a case will be registered and further action will be taken. Efforts are being made to trace the accused driver on the basis of the vehicle number.
