A 21-Year-Old Idiot Killed And Dismembered A 65-Year-Old Man

The Civil Police arrested a 21-year-old man who confessed to killing and dismembering José Calixto de Souza, 65. The victim's body was found inside a well on Tuesday morning (16), in the Novo Horizonte neighborhood, 1st District of Ji-Paraná.

José Calixto had been missing since Sunday (14). The arrest occurred after residents informed the Military Police that a man was circulating in the neighborhood using the victim's bicycle.

Following the report, the police went to the suspect's residence. He denied involvement in the disappearance, but authorized the team to enter the property. During the search, José Calixto's bicycle and cell phone were found.

Faced with the objects found in the house, the criminal ended up confessing to the crime. According to the Civil Police, the murder took place inside the residence.
